Sell my iMac 27 2011?

i have buyer , he's willing give price. , want ready buy new 2012 imac rumored come out around february.

question .....too sell?

maybe redesign postpone release? thoughts?

a few questions.....

willing risk "new" 2012 imacs aviailble in feb? if available in april, may or june? can live without computer long?

need new 2012 imac features, or "nice have" new feature?

also, know "new features" available? perhaps wait specific new feature , isn't availble? re: specific feature pushed 2013? what????

it's free country , 1 can decide want. but, 1 bet on performance of chicken , it's egg (its birth) hasn't happended yet? risky of best me. but, others doing long shots....
