so, things seems pretty okay new vzn 32gb ipad 3, no dead pixels, screen bit non uniform, think can handle slight saturation difference. unnoticeable.
wifi issue though seems little issue possibly. don't have low wifi strength, seem have bit of issue doing streaming of youtube.
stream video, stops buffering. better pause , start again rather let sit.
said, think issue might stem youtube seeing player high resolution , therefore sends hi def streams rather lower definition streams , versions of youtube player or embedded in websites while playing ipad ios don't allow 1 change setting lower setting. so, if thinks on hi-def product going try , send highest resolution possibly can.
isn't want want, else notice problem streaming youtube?
this happens on iphone too. solution go m.youtube , install on homescreen.
