any one can help me fast with my iphone 4s proplem please

i have iphone 4s locked at&t before jailbreaking when insert non at&t sim getting sim not vaild (the normal message)
after jailbreak it
when inserting non at&t sim takes me activation when push
next got
iphone may damaged , cannot activate it
restor new via itunes same message when inserting non at&t sim
before jailbreaking getting normal message sim not valid

orginal at&t sim working
