which C is best to learn

hi all
i'm new programming, although have developed in omnis , learning studio (and way dabbled in basic). know, c version best start in order learn mac programming: c, c++ or objective c. want pick 1 of c books, when start looking confusing hell. can point me in right (and easiest) direction. i'm manuals , have no problem taking time learn since have lot of it.

objective-c pretty required mac development. believe there's sticky @ top of forum learning it, speaking recommendation steve kochan's book on objc, , aaron hillegass's book on cocoa.
