Which Android Overlay do you prefer? Opinions WANTED!

in midst of choosing new phone 2 years hear opinions on android os

not surprisingly have narrowed down choices

samsung touchwiz , htc sense

people have used of these interfaces, anecdotes welcomed. android crashes heard problem i'm getting top of line android device, crashes , lags won't problem.
(samsung galaxy s2 or htc ones series)

more interested in aesthetics , fluidity of each interface.

if have no interest in android os android overlay prefer?why?

neither? both pretty awful compared stock android. why these forums wouldn't android forums better place ask this?
