too many quote notifications?

i have been replied twice user yet have many quote notifications? ( see picture )

quote notifications in picture link same post, , appear have similar number of notifications number of replies in post?

not sure why is.

this reason that, user used multi-quote option on this post, plus made several individual posts within short period of time , auto-merged forum. every time occurred, received quote notification.
