hi guys,
got a macbook pro 15 inch during holidays last year , thinking of putting ssd on main on-the-move computer
mbp late 2011 top-end 15inch mbp(2.4ghz quad-core intel core i7) , supports sata 3 guess.
have installed corsair ssd on 2009 macbook pro , saw nice boost in performance in it. i'm convinced should ssd on shiny new mac now.
i'm confused ssd pick.
mac used
- video editing - imovie , final cut
- photoshop
- dreamweaver
- coding
- photography , live blogging ;-)
here ssds have narrowed down
- owc 120gb mercury extreme pro 6g ssd
- ocz agility 3 or vertex 3 120gb
- intel 320
- intel 510
- crucial m4
- corsair force 3 120gb ssd (currently using 1 on 2009 mbp)
- samsung ( heard lot of praise on anandtech, never tried samsung ssds far)
suggestions or recommendations appreciated.

run ocz vertex 3 max 120gb on 2011 high end 15 - 0 problems
many people praise crucial m4 , samsung 830
