Making a physical lion install disk...?

im trying wipe hd....and cant unmount. after researching, because hd being used. need make physical lion disk, , erasing of hd there.

when make physical disk, need redownload lion? or files on computer since have lion already?


appreciated.

 

if bought lion app store, install files got deleted drive when did initial install, need redownload lion install image. start app store , option click purchases tab. enable donwload button lion. redownload, don't install it.

use instructions here make usb key.
