Volume + button hangs on new iPhone 4s

got new apple product usual seems i'll have return it. happens volume + button hangs , keeps upping volume or taking photo upon photo if using camera. doesn't happen often, enough warrant fix. play? ordered unlocked online apple store. how long of time can expect without phone? problem common issue? have ton of apple products , i've had replace each , of them @ least 1 time before getting workable products. getting sick of it!
