Visual Voicemail not working (O2)

my voicemail has been coming through days later when messages left.

have been on phone o2 have been helpful, problem still isnt fixed.

furthest got vvm work, data didnt (although connected) , when data works vvm didnt..

had appointment @ o2 shop, , working fine day!

o2 said cant local network thing data works fine (although when vvm's not)

few other strange things happend still not fix, have reset network settings, changed sim, removed sim, restored phone still nothing!

message on voice mail in "cannot initiate connection"

im on iphone 4s

can advice or help?
