ultrasn0w not working on 5.0.1? No service/searching

well have iphone 5.0.1 firmware , 1.59.00 baseband. have ultrasn0w installed never takes t-mobile signal. put in t-mobile simcard goes "searching..." few seconds "no service". process repeats.

how can fix this?

 

did turn off 3g before running ultrasn0w?
