went local apple store 4s swapped out because screen had light bleed , first half of screen duller/dimmer second half. genius recognised , swapped out.
new screen game me not great either , dingy/browinsh yellow. told him didn't want 1 , return old 1 (whilst unevenly lit more colour neutral) if can't swap. refused...saying terms , conditions don't allow...blah blah blah.
told him "you can see screen yellow , not great" agreed said there nothing because can't reverse transactions , you're allowed 1 swap if no physical defect. proceeded feed me glue drying line , come in week if i'm still not happy.
in end had no choice leave store crappy screen. can't use phone knowing know cos keep getting reminded yellow yellow yellow. i'm worried because convincing genius of light bleed problem far easier yellow tint one.
i'm tired , frustrated. i'm thinking of selling off phone altogether , forget owning iphone because don't dealing apple's cs staff , i'm fed of screen lottery bullcrap...and no, i'm not picky. far it. want decent screen.

tldr: swapped out iphone , got worse went in wasn't allowed swap or take old one. , new 1 harder replaced.

ask genius make new claim , swap again one, kind appreciate service , working iphone, no flaws allowed.
fact wanted original defective 1 confusing.
focus on getting iphone , enjoy.
ask manage when needed, kind genius of times cool people, , limited higher authorities or dependent on crappy quality coming out of chinese factories.
