How to do you actually add correct chapters with Audibook Builder?

i started using "audiobook builder" applications bought mac appstore, , application straight forward , easy use.

have hard time figuring how correctly add chapters. have misunderstood features when thought application make easy me add chapters every chapter in actual book / audiobook?

far can see , understand can add chapters manually ever feel natural me add chapter in audiobook. instance add chapter every 20 minutes, if i'd want add chapter every chapter in actual book / audiobook have listen whole thing , note down every time there's change of chapter in order manually put chapter audiobook builder?
