iPhone 4s. Total Newbie. Someone Please Help Me Jailbreak Properly

can please direct me thread or source can educate me on how jail break? simple step step. don't want mess things up. yes did use search function yields hundreds of results , dont know or 1 listen to. im hoping attempt @ posting thread give collective , final word others in position well.
