i'm trying edit video footage shot using minidv camera. downloaded video onto external hd using imovie hd saved.
unfortunately,my footage ended in trash after either had power failure or disconnected drive without ejecting (this happened months ago either or both, can't recall) , had recover there in doing different scenes got jumbled , in viewing board have clips first cassette next scenes last , on.
question how can clips in order shot without doing manually. there on 300 of them , since had done quite bit of editing, don't want transfer camera hard drive over.
looked feature let me sort clips in order of # no luck.
also, clips labelled xclip # , other similar ones clip #. compared 2 , don't see differences. why show xclips?
