App for transcoding?

is there app similar handbrake on ipad?

5 year old mac mini not upto task of runningn handbrake. hence, looking transcode on ipad.

i.e. convert avi/mpg/mkv files ipad format(mp4/m4v)

i'm not interested in cydia apps ipad not jailbroken.

have ipad1,1 running ios 5.0.1
