20 weeks - battery decay already?

i live in constant fear of battery.

other laptop i've owned had terrible battery last around 1h 30m on average , pretty lost ability hold charge after year , half. sucked.

when bought macbook pro excited have laptop real working battery.

except live in constant fear pro's battery going crap out soon. i've been monitoring battery coconutbattery while, , checked see looking this:



according coconutbattery, computer age here 20 weeks 79 charge cycles. normal have such battery decay 5770 5569? know i'm being paranoid bought laptop portable, not having functioning battery crucial (god hated old laptop).

please soothe paranoia!

your battery isn't "decaying". normal if battery health (maximum capacity) more or less 100%, when brand new, or if fluctuates or down on time. further details, read checking status , health section of following link.
