stupid resell or return question

hey everyone, i've got kind of stupid question. i've ended 2 iphone 4ss due poor planning:

1) 1 lightly used , bought off contract couple months ago, making factory unlocked device (att\tmobile).

2) other brand new unopened , purchased on new att contract. it's locked att but, think, can jailbroken , unlocked.

don't need 2 iphones , have contract att, wondering 1 worth more. idea?
