i'm beginning run low on hard-disk space on 2008 mbp, , thinking buying new 1 year. curious--is there noticeable difference between older model , latest one?
you know, can upgrade internal hdd bigger 1 or external hdd, if need storage? external hdd should used backing important documents, hdds fail eventually, sooner, later.
ram can upgraded 6 or 8 gb depending on model talk about, there have been 2008 models of mbps.
answer question, yes, 2011 mbps faster 2008 mbps, if difference talk about, though if creating text documents or browse www , similar, low-cpu usage, activities, upgrade 2011 mbp might not worth it.
