Lag in Photo App

is me or has else noticed lag, more delay, when accessing different sections of photos app? when first start app shows photos, photo stream, albums, events, places across top. when tap albums, instance, there pause of few seconds before appear. it's pretty annoying, having become accustomed snappy response on previous ipads.

 

nope, no lag here. have 8,000 pictures.
