A weird idea I was throwing around.

posted elsewhere though wanted see people stood on picking apart ideas rumors going about.

1. kill 11" air (or cut price), make 13" air standard base model , cut price $999. make ulv processor, 4 gb ram soldered, 128 gb flash storage option 256.

2. make standard 13" model thinner not thin air regular ib processor better ssd (user replaceable). 4/128 minimum options 8 , 16 gb ram , 256/512 gb ssd.

3. 15" pro ssd minimum 256 gb ssd , 4 or possibly 8 gb ram user replaceable.

4. higher end 15" pro - quad core ib (256/8)

5. 17" pro - quad core ib (256/8)

 

people need more storage can offered ssds right now. can't happen until ssds cheaper.
