Guys, please help with my girlfriend's iPhone

this not troll, please help.

girlfriend has iphone 3gs, baseband 05.11.07. unlocked, jailbreak on old & can't cydia work on it. want put fresh jailbreak on it, cydia back, etc, , upgrade software whilst preserving carrier unlock (as international , can't use carrier).

do? ios version on 3.1.2. (7d11).

swear isn't troll, if help, show 1 picture. please me out of doghouse.
