directing md5 to optical disc

hello,

i've got several optical discs (bd-r) have md5 of entire disc's contents. md5 file on hard drive (not onboard optical disc) , can't seem figure out how direct md5 optical disc (or mounted volume matter). i've tried editing md5 line(s) read:

6670882691e48719b377e09a6b7c1303 /mnt/[name of disc or volume]/[name of file]

, tried:

6670882691e48719b377e09a6b7c1303 /volumes/[name of disc or volume]/[name of file]

, on....with , without leading slashes...

...no luck far.

possible md5 access mounted volume/optical disc?

in advance
