CMD+C Copy Keyboard Shortcut not working in Firefox

hi all
possibly more of question firefox forums, cannot highlight sections when on hotmail page in firefox , cmd+c keyboard shortcut copy.
can right mouse click copy, not having keyboard shortcut annoying.
works on every other page using firefox , every other program.
suggestions on how fix it?
