VPN iPhone - Zyxell USG100 - Servers HELP

hi all,
i'm new here
i'm trying set vpn on iphone 4s connect company.
follow guide set vpn on router , on iphone:

now, when turn on vpn on iphone, connection established. seems working, when try access server (ultravnc) or router (via safari - ping 192.168.68.100) or ping router "ping" (the app) no response.

if connect phone home wifi, router connected via vpn router i'm configuring on iphone works (i can access via vnc servers, etc.).
if turn on vpn on iphone , try connect servers via wifi, i'm unable connect.

so:

iphone - vpn working
iphone - vpn - router/server not working
iphone - wifi (vpn integrated on router) - router/server working
iphone - vpn , wifi (vpn integrated on router) - router/server not working
iphone - vpn , wifi (vpn disabled on wifi) - router/server not working
