Unable to play video received from text message

i posted in "hacks" section since think general iphone problem placing here well.

whenever receive video message (video sent through text messages) video not play.
once click video image got "the operation not completed" message.
once click ok close message try "save video" video not save. not type of message.
know not saving because when in videos app nothing there.

having problem when iphone, blackberry, , andriod users try send me video assuming there type of setting have wrong on phone and/or bitesms.

whenever receive picture messages works properly.

can please me retrieve incoming videos. using bitesms 6.1 on 4s ios 5.0.1
