• its not called ipad3, 'the new ipad'
• the battery life same ipad2
• its teeny bit heavier ipad2 you'll struggle notice
• the battery takes longer charge, plug in longer
• it gets bit warm sometimes, not though
• the higher resolution screen looks great, high resolution content
• the higher resolution screen shows low resolution/poor quality content
• it includes built in voice dictation in many apps
• it can act wifi personal hotspot if carrier allows
• the camera takes better pictures ipad1/2
• the camera takes beer video ipad1/2
• it costs same ipad2 did
• it has same storage options ipad2 did
• comes in black or white
• the smart cover fits

rest of guff read - yellow screens, etc. either subjective, or varies between ipads, or both.

if want one, buy one.
if ain't happy, change it.
if still ain't happy, refund.
