ML on dual boot & re-installing MAS apps

hi,

have installed mountain lion testing partition on mbp - since don't want dedicate full machine - works remarkably smoothly dp1 (much better lion last year had trouble with dropbox & on...) except few glitches here , there...but can't figure how re-install apps mas on ml partition

things mas identify them installed - because they're on mbp in lion partition - , when try launch mas while holding "alt" (just when want re-download .dmg of lion) nothing happen...the app won't re-install

ideas of fix ? or not possible install mas apps 2x on same mac via dual boot ?

can either open applications original /applications folder on first partition when need them, copy .app files old /applications folder new 1 or make set of alias' , move them on new /applications folder save disk space.
