How could Siri be more useful?

i remember using siri ask when next time kanye west coming , being impressed gave me answer. current version of siri little more useful less awesome @ same time. i'm sure apple or nuance going work make voice recognition more accurate , faster, beyond want siri more capable assistant. see apple focus on couple areas see siri be.

1. awesome @ common searches. apple doesn't need google, siri need start answering of questions people used go yahoo movie , tv show times, finance, calendar, local events, , news. siri should smart enough answer these sorts of questions
a) time "x" movie playing?
b) how long until comes out, , can remind me when does?
c) channel bulls game on?
d) when next new episode of boardwalk empire?
e) restaurants open
f) when target open
g) restaurants deliver
h) what's happening in town tonight
i) happened in politics today
j) score of bulls game
k) phone number wells fargo customer service
l) tickets radiohead concert still available

2. platform not app. outside of camera, can't think of single iphone app doesn't have lots of room improvement , true siri. smartest thing apple can take approach lets other apps default app or apps types of queries. hate reminders app , give send appointments , reminders 2do.
let apps make siri exponentially more useful. right have 4 calendar apps. standard 1 on phone takes siri appointments, 2do how organize tasks, countdown because i'm ocd that, pocket informant google calendars share , follow, , guess can count reminders use when i'm on go. ignoring date related data i'd save calendar other apps 3 tv apps, espn, , better assistant bring information in way lets me see , sort when necessary. ideally, calendars app other date/time apps write on when make appointment in 2do can flip on countdown @ later date , turn on countdown appointment. calendar, reminders, , ios apps standard apps never of want because don't have enough competition.


siri may able of these things , couldn't them work. people may want different siri. in sense, might not related siri directly ios personal assistant. said, thought discussion might fun.

 

since siri not primary reason purchase of 4s, not disappointed in it's lack of functionality here in uk.

here, inbuilt stuff (email, messaging etc.) , gives weather forecasts....that's it. told more comprehensive function added in future ios updates.

if siri attain full information database operates in states, become useful.....for now? use , messaging , email....that's it.
