How can I synch MBP to network drive

hello:

have pc workstation @ work lot of pro/engineer work. have network drive available (no idea type, operating system, etc). use microsoft synch toy synch pc network drive.

new macs, had 6 months now.

there easy way synchronize mbp network drive same thing synch toy?

love have easy/convenient way have same work files on both computers.
