i called apple few hours ago , spoke lady syncing order apple id. (i pre-ordered ipad , purchased smart cover it). i'm lazy , didn't feel signing in apple id, wanted pre-order ipad fast could. ended biting me in butt because couldn't print "pre-sign delivery". lady tells me can't sync order, email me pre-sign delivery document tomorrow when gets work, , 1 ipad when ships! i'm thinking sweet! best part of all, decides credit me smart cover of $39.99 + tax "troubles". pleased send me documents, , top off, free ipad cover! thought i'd share pointless story. anyways, apple's customer support pretty awesome!
