Converting movies for us on iPad 3?

use roxio toast , have bunch of videos made work on ipad. how on new ipad? future movies need converted @ different rate/size?

 

i used use handbrake doing converting, use air video now, converts on fly whilst streaming imac ipad or iphone, can set conversion settings in app such resolution etc, i'm sure when gets updated ipad able stream @ 1920x1080 movies.

i'm talking files such 1080p/720p .mkvs etc..
