CES 2012: Behringer's $30,000 iNuke Boom Speaker on Display

behringer on hand @ ces 2012, displaying enormous inuke boom iphone speaker dock announced last month. over-the-top accessory 8 feet wide , 4 feet tall , weighs on 700 pounds. billed loudest iphone speaker dock, 10,000-watt speaker can indeed put out overwhelming sound.

dock 30-pin connector on top allows direct connection of iphone or ipod touch. speaker has bluetooth play audio wirelessly iphone, ipod touch or other device.

inuke requires electricity run power switch designed power on in stages avoid blowing fuse of outlet it's connected to. short video recorded behringer shows power switch on of speaker along volume control , inuke mode switch boosts output.

priced @ $29,999, inuke out of reach average consumer. however, high price tag @ least includes white glove delivery service placement , set-up in home.

inuke in production , available purchase in 3rd quarter of 2012.

that's call speaker system, although can't life of me see it's real market lies.

not in music , recording industries, unless purchased iconic lobby type product.
