Can't hear calls neither people can hear me

hello,


after drop broke front glass screen calls receive or make people can't hear me , neither can hear them.
phone app starts speaker turned on sometimes... others crashes (when pressing cancel button).

thought problem in speakers, both of them still works (when using voice memo can test them).

may problem?

 

what iphone have? 4 seems have known problem of speaker not working on calls working fine voice memos. can search on google , lots of hits come up.
