odd problem surfaced few nights back. macbook connecting afp shares read only, macbook pro not suffer same issue. further, logging same share different user account on said macbook mounts afp share read-write. afp server latest fedora, seems unlikely source of issue given shares work other user accounts , other computers.
far i'm not finding information console relevant. easy fix create user account, surely there other way fix issue. i've tried trashing finder preferences given user.
idea might cause this? alternatively, happen know how track down issue?
i never found real fix this, created new user , copied stuff on side. still nice know might cause this, though.
