i received new ipad yesterday, 4g lte 32 gig , activated data plan. had 3g first gen ipad canceled plan before starting new 1 up. live in detroit dont have lte yet, no big deal. airlined out phoenix today have lte geeked getting speed test's on lte network. opted 250mb plan let know.
playing few games on plane still in 'background'. when playing them not on wifi. hotel , see lte network icon , 4 speed tests using speedtest ookla. after fourth test message saying withing 2% of reaching 250 mb limit!!??
how can doing 4 speed test eat data? called at&t , see usage couldn't see of because of system doesnt update right away. asked if double tap home button see running in ground , had 2 games, airsupremacy , real racing 2hd, safari , messages.
said according 'team' programs eating data. how can be? had 3g same games running , have never came close half of 250mb of data usage.
1 else have issue? did credit me 250 mb when 1 ran out.
