iPhone damage

my iphone got dropped in ranch, bottom part. , sounds low. how can fix since it's different water damage...

 

take 1 of car wash super heavy spray hoses , go town!

guess try , take off , pick @ tooth pick or something. don't know how hard speaker/mic openings best bet. oh, , not dropping phone in ranch helpful! luck.
