How do I re-sync my Photostream between devices?

hi all,

had restore-to factory settings on iphone 4s ( 5.1 ios ), solve bluetooth issue. re-installed apps etc. it's pretty before - including icloud photo stream.

worked fine except photostream. prior resetting phone both iphone & iphoto photostream files in sync - both showing 148 files.

on iphone photostream album contains 30 of files.
how can iphone in sync iphoto files?

i've had same problem apple tv. able sync last 30 days of photos. guess pictures can see taken within last 30 days.
