Can iTether be used with an iPhone and iPad?

i'm wondering if can tether ipad iphone, instead of computer iphone.

sorry reply own post, did more research on , found out cannot use tether iphone ipad, wonder if can use turn computer mobile hotspot. iow- tether phone computer tether ipad computer.

 

if have iphone 4 (not sure if 3gs can or if came ios 4+) or later there option in settings turn on 'personal hotspot'. once turn on can tether ipad iphone. no need download new application

- ipad see iphone through wifi settings if regular wifi hotspot
- ipad use phone's data plan
- tethering costs money (some plans come it) , not support carriers (depending on country)
