know there jailbreak installs 4.3-ish ios on iphone 3g, let install apps require ios 4.3?

there way force install ios 4.3 on iphone 3g?

if app says 4.3, it'll run on 4.3 , above. app calls upon apis not available in older ios versions. calling upon 1 of apis crash app , in cases, cause idevice reboot.
