Use this as a poor mans surround sound decoder?

use way create poor mans surround sound mac when playing movies or xbox360? have 3 sets of nice sounding computer speakers, that, computer speakers. if decoder have various surround set ups 5.1 channels? i'm bit confused on how hook center , lfe though...(since in 1 port).

you still need external amplifier. need 3 stereo mini plugs l/r rca cables. 5 of rcas connect amplifier , 1 go subwoofer. speakers connect external amplifier.

however, not knowing computer speakers have, i'm not sure work external 5-channel amplifier.
