Application Loader

i got notice through software update of update available application loader. i'd never heard of before.

i assume it's app store. when went itunesconnect link, had log in apple id. site claimed id invalid.

 

it app developers. want sell apps not use them.
assume you'd need developer id , not any.
don't know don't develop apps plattform.
