Text message alert repeats twice in seconds and won't show up in lock screen

something wire happened ip4s jb. anytime receive text doenst show in lock screen, tho every other notification does. text tone reputes twice @ same time. goggled , none of normal fixes work, tried changing things in settings , notifications nothing works, tried hard reset. don't want restore , re jailbreak cause have many jb apps don't want reinstall 1 one.
