the alias can't be opened because the original item can't be found

i had igetter installed , wanted uninstall it. executed uninstaller have provided. , searched mac keyword "igetter" system files included , search returned files. selected them , moved trash. there 2 files cannot deleted, moved , opened. both files has same name "com.presenta.igetter.plist"

when try open file, message this:

the alias "com.presenta.igetter.plist" can't opened because original item can't found.

what kind of file , how rid of it?

delete files via terminal using rm
