has else noticed if open google search results in new tab/window, results in safari history displayed as:

instead of
www.wikipedia.org
???
others seem have issue, dating 1-2 years.
1 suggestion read said turn off google instant, hasn't fixed problem.
has fixed this? or time admit ourselves safari has been ruined , move on chrome already?
i'm using safari version 5.1.3 (7534.53.10) in lion, had problem 5.1 in snow leopard too.

this because google adds "junk" track information search results generate clicks. if go actual page, information stripped off, it's annoying if want copy link directly search results page.
