Recovering deleted data from dashboard???

i stupidly deleted password pasted onto "post-it" note in dashboard , there seems no option back. tried go in time machine recovering seems difficult.
other ideas? password account no other way in (security questions, etc.). stupid of me!

stickies is, obviously, not place store important info.
