i'm not sure if remembers or not blew interview in september (mostly because couldn't hear interviewer, , partially because caught me off guard , wasn't prepared interview).
well, have since graduated college, have been working on programming skill set, , managed pass initial interview application developer position.
have large pool of standard questions have been practicing, buying suit week (i not have one), , doing practice interviews until interview date.
question have additional advice interview programming position? perhaps strange question asked?
i have never interviewed programming position, have interviewed candidates other jobs in unrelated field. can interviewees ask me questions our company put in stack. tempted ask them coding philosophy, if use pair coding, or agile practices etc. , why approach works them. i'm sure you'll lots of other code-related answers here too, thought i'd chime in share (non-coding) perspective.
