so right have cable @ 1 house , direct tv @ another. i'm thinking cutting costs , getting wideband internet (50mb down, 5mb up) , loosing cable side. know abc, nbc , cbs offer shows on website, other free sites offer tv shows replace having cable?
other free ones know our: crackle & hulu. looking hd quality on shows well.
aside illegal sites pirate signal, you're not going find many (if any) cable channels offering free hd streams of network or shows. reason abc/nbc/cbs offer them because they're not cable channels, they're broadcast channels. can cut cord , still full channel digital antenna (assuming you're in range).
but... if you're looking cut costs, , you're paying upwards of @ least 100 bucks month cable packages, might idea have netflix , hulu+ subscription. think both available 8 bucks month. that's best way i'd recommend continue enjoy watching favorite shows without paying expensive cable bill.
ps - if enjoy history channel shows, of available on site stream.
