iCloud Backup Restore Taking A Long Time

my icloud restore (moving ip2 ip3) says 9 hours. else having long wait time noted on new ipad setup?

internet clocking fine (50mb/5mb) measurements can tell.

 

it's amount of junk you're floating cloud. suggest switching itunes backup if don't want wait.
