Documents to go app problem on iPad 3rd gen

i wondering if else having same problem am?

have been using docs go app on 12 months without issues. problem having on new ipad (the new ipad 3rd generation). previous had older ipad , fine. both older ipad , 3rd generation 1 have, both have ios 5.1 installed. have latest version of docs go version 4.0.8.

issue having on new ipad 3rd generation excel documents showing duplicate items , muddled in appearance. have tried altering in settings docs go, new file format, tried switching ms office 2007-2011, did not solve problem.

have no issues @ on docs go on iphone, , has been working without issue. thought new ipad having higher screen resolution older ipad, might cause problem seeing?

took screen shot on ipad show more problem having excel documents.

 

yes, i'm having same problem. i'm sure related higher resolution , need update before resolved. of course, question how long have wait that. don't seem focused on customer service anymore.
